This rule mandates the visibility of at least three large trees from one's home, workplace, and place of study. Additionally, it sets a minimum of 30% tree coverage within urban areas at the neighborhood level. Furthermore, no one should live more than 300 feet from a quality public green space of at least 0.5 acres. The 3-30-300 service is part of the UpGreen project, an innovative initiative that employs artificial intelligence and satellite data to equip cities with comprehensive analysis, forecasts, and strategies for urban green space development.
