Our goodies from the kitchen Austerlitz Castle Restaurant were created in connection with Slavkov Castle and Emperor Napoleon. When we began to search for the Emperor's Diary history to bring visitors closer to the gastronomic aspect of what was once in the battlefield, we found out that besides the famous Marengo chicken that we offered at our restaurant, Napoleon was a great lover of pates and various cold treats.
In order for the taste and appearance of the dishes to resemble as much as possible when the preservatives, stabilizers and dyes were not used, we go through the practice of our grandparents and we only produce the made products. We process regional fresh meat and herbs.
Everything is processed manually and in small batches approx. 100 pcs. The spell of our products is enhanced by the fact that our chateau kitchen is part of the well-known Black Kitchen, which has been boiling for a significant Kounic family for several centuries.
