The law firm Valíček & Valíčková was founded at the end of 2016. Currently, we comprise a team of nearly thirty professionals, and we believe in further growth. We provide one-time consultations to individuals as well as comprehensive legal services to multinational businesses, ranging from preparing various types of contracts, debt recovery, to employment and tax consulting.

Our main specialization is labor law. We have a track record of many successful court disputes, particularly in the areas of compensation for workplace injuries, occupational diseases, wage compensation, and wrongful termination of employment. We have also achieved numerous successes in representing labor agencies and employers during labor inspection audits. We have also provided comprehensive legal services in the field of labor law and personal data protection to many multinational corporations with hundreds of employees worldwide.

We have a long-standing collaboration with the media, where we regularly provide insights on current labor law issues and other legal fields. We are also actively engaged in lecturing and publishing activities. The leading attorneys in our team have trained more than fifteen thousand clients in the areas of labor law and personal data protection. The managing partners of the firm are founders of the Union of HR Professionals association, they are authors of labor law templates for the ASPI legal system, they are also members of the editorial board of the personnel quarterly publication "Ad rem," and they are members of the Collegium of Experts of the Association for the Development of Labor Law and Collective Relations.

In recent years, we have achieved several awards. We received the finalist award for the Company of the Year – Advocacy, for design and working environment, we have been recognized as one of the prominent law firms in the Czech Republic. Additionally, we have repeatedly received prestigious awards in the Lawyer of the Year competition, being Highly Recommended Law Firm and also Highly Recommended Law Firm in the Labor Law Specialized Category.
