Bale splitter for hay, straw and haylage ROMET
The ROMET is a bale splitter, which is designed especially for covering longer distances (up to 18 m) in stables with bedding and free stall housing. It handles bales in round and square form.
The bale is easily loaded by means of a hydraulically folding rear face on a sliding bottom. The floor conveyor is driven by a hydraulic drive with gearbox. Both the rear face and the floor conveyor can be easily operated from the side of the machine. The floor conveyor conveys the bale to the crushing roller. The bales are milled from the bales by a crushing roller with a large number of interchangeable knives. The material is then spread up to a distance of 18 m by means of a blast wheel driven by a two-speed gearbox from the drive shaft. The spreading distance and direction can be adjusted by a hydraulically operated flap on the swivel outlet of the thrower, which allows for stacking on both sides and behind at an angle of up to 220°.
All hydraulic mechanisms can be conveniently operated from the tractor cab.
The ROMET bale breaker is available in two volumetric sizes - the ROMET version can process up to 2 round bales, the extended ROMET L version can process up to 3 round bales with a diameter of 180 cm.
We also offer a variant for baling heavy or wet bales, the ROMET TWIN, which is equipped with two baling rollers, so it can split straw and haylage better and finer than machines with one baling roller. The performance of the TWIN with two rollers is significantly higher, which significantly reduces the time required to break down and dispense bedding or forage from a single bale.
Biomass dispenser for biogas plants BIODOSER
BIODOSER is a device used for dosing biomass (corn silage, grass haylage, plant residues and other organic materials up to 10 cm in size) into the fermenters of biogas plants. The entire machine structure is built on a load-bearing base frame, on which the dosing tub, the floor chain conveyor and the dosing unit are fixed. The legs of the structure are attached to the strain gauge sensors of the weighing system, which enables the dosing of a precisely determined amount of material into the fermenter via a control system.
The tub is assembled from strong steel plates and reinforced with steel profiles. The size of the vat can be adjusted according to the customer's requirements in volumes of 30, 50 and 70 m3. A double chain conveyor moves the loaded material to the dosing unit. The feed speed of this conveyor is electronically controlled by a frequency converter and directly influences the batch size.
The dosing unit consists of 2 or 3 horizontal cylinders. These rollers further grind and periodically feed the mass into the screw conveyors filling the fermenter. The screw conveyors are not included in the basic delivery, they can be supplied on request. The machine can also be retrofitted with its own dosing control system. Central lubrication of all necessary points according to the set program is part of the supplied machine.

The KAMZIK semi-trailer series is designed for transport and dosing of roughage or for straw spreading in cattle stables. This series can be equipped with a transverse conveyor for side discharge, or rotary discharge behind the width of the wagon. All the experience gained over 45 years of production at STS Olbramovice, a.s. has been used in the development. The compact design of chassis, weight, volume and size variants resulted from requirements and practice, therefore it is possible to choose the final configuration from a wide range of machine types and equipment that meets the exact needs of the customer. The shredding rollers are adapted for both loose material and for processing compressed bales in square and round form.

The hydraulically folding shovel is used for loading, transporting and tipping various types of bulk or lump materials. Tipping is provided by a telescopic hydraulic cylinder in single or double acting design. The shovel's support frame consists of a robust construction that allows to move loads weighing up to 2,000 kg. The shovel is equipped with a removable swinging front as standard. It has a variable frame design for attachment to both a three-point hitch and a triangular clamp. Extensions for increased volume are four-piece, including the front section, creating a high volume compact container. All assembly of the extensions can be done in a very simple and quick way without tools. The shovel can also be easily attached to a forklift truck.

The mechanically folding shovel is used for loading, transporting and tipping various types of bulk or lump materials. It is simply attached to the tractor by means of a 3-point quick-release hitch. The folding of the bucket is purely mechanical with a release lever located above the 3-point linkage. Tipping is done by moving the bucket and load alone and by positioning the hitch. The bucket is returned to the transport position by lowering the hitch and locking the latch. A hairspring is used as a safety device against spontaneous tipping.
The shovel's support frame consists of a robust construction that allows the load to be moved up to 1,900 kg. The shovel is equipped as standard with a tilting front. This face forms the raised rear wall of the bucket when fully extended and secured, which helps the operator, for example, when loading, piling or pushing bulk materials or, for example, when clearing snow. The mechanical shovel is compatible with Category II or optional Category I 3-point hitches. All assembly and disassembly of the front can be done in a very simple way with a minimum of tools. STS Olbramovice has also been manufacturing hydraulically folding shovels for several years. All products stand out above all for their robustness and long service life.
Straw and roughage transporter with loader DOZAN
The DOZAN straw transporter is a semi-trailer designed for transporting straw from the stack or warehouse, usually to the stables. With the hydraulic loader with extended arm, which has a load capacity of 410 kg, it is possible to load or unload bales in a self-service manner.
The semi-trailer has a body volume of 28 m3. The hydraulic loader can also be supplied with remote control on request.
The semi-trailer has a sprung tandem axle and is designed for a maximum speed of 40 km/h. It is equipped with rear double-leaf or hydraulically operated swing-out doors and a chain conveyor that is driven by a hydraulic motor with a continuously variable transmission for easy unloading or possible stacking behind. The basic equipment of the vehicle includes a separate remote electric control of the conveyor and the tipping gate in the tractor cab.
The robust design of the wagon is based on the proven concept of KAMZIK feed and loading trailers, therefore its functional reliability is ensured for year-round use of these machines even in the most demanding conditions.
