Bedding Composter
EYS Bedding Composter™ is a state-of-the-art composting drum that speeds up the aerobic fermentation process significantly. It does so by creating the ideal environment for the aerobic bacteria to populate and mineralize the organic compound. All we do is help the naturally-existing bacteria do their work – only FASTER !
No external heat is supplied into the system for the fermentation process. The solids self heat to 70°C+ as a result of through the touch-screen control unit with ease, even via internet or smartphone.
The exothermic aerobic fermentation, complying with the EU hygenization regulations. Temperatures can be displayed and recorded automatically by wireless temperature system as a proof of hygenization.
The BC Series composter system consists of a special Heavy Duty (HD) separator that dewaters the solids down to a specific moisture level. The separated solids are then automatically fed into the special polymeric drum, where they are retained for 24-72 hours. During this period, the system’s computerized control unit adjusts the temperature, the moisture and the oxygen levels inside the drum automatically. Composting parameters can be monitored and adjusted No external heat is supplied into the system for the fermentation process. Compost Turner
EYS GK3000 Compost Turner is designed to convert dried organic material (e.g. separated manure) into valuable compost by turning the bulk material periodically. It aerates windrow for replenished oxygen supply while releasing the CO2 build-up, breaks down the solid particles to optimum size to increased contact surface, regulates the temperature within the windrow for optimum aerobic reaction speed and maintains the necessity humidity level evenly within the windrow by its integrated liquid spray system. These features facilitate the chemical reactions that are required for high-quality compost.
Inline Macerator
EYS Inline Macerators are designed for efficient maceration and separation of coarse and fibrous matters in the material. Smooth operation in biogas and sewage treatment plants and farms depends on maceration of solid and disruptive matter in the material. EYS Inline Macerators are the best option for this purpose.
EYS Inline Macerator is designed to be low maintenance and easy to service. All wear parts are easily accessible and can be replaced in a few easy steps.
Inline Pump
EYS inline chopper pumps is suitable for extreme conditions with high performance housing and impeller design. Inline pumps are suitable for manure, digestate, fish waste etc. Adjustable fixed blades and rotary blade provides excellent chopping and the blades are easily replacable for easy maintenance. Inlet and outlet flanges can be customized based on project.
Manure Scraper
Cleaning alleys in a barn is the first step of manure management. Regular cleaning greatly improves animal health and barn environment. When EYS scrapers are in action, cleaning is effortless, efficient and fast. Thanks to special wind design of EYS scrapers, scraper doesn’t collect manure during
backward running.
EYS manure scrapers are available as hydraulic, chain, steel rope and channel type scrapers. Chain scrapers are driven by a single drive unit and are compatible with only double alley barns. They are mostly used in medium-length barns. Hydraulic scrapers are driven by a single hydraulic unit and are compatible with both single alley and double alley barns. They are usually preferred for short barns with less than 80 m length. Stainless steel rope scrapers are driven by double drive units and are compatible with both single alley and double alley barns like hydraulic scrapers. From shortest barn to longest barn up to 200 meters, steel rope scrapers are the best option. Channel type scrapers are designed to work inside manure channels and have the same setup with steel rope scrapers. They are also used up to 200 meters length like steel
rope scrapers.

Slurry Tanker
EYS SGT series Slurry Tankers are essential for your land applications with both liquid manure and raw manure. Based on your need, it can be used to transport, distribute or to irrigate slurry on your land.
Slurry tankers can easily be filled with slurry under 5 minutes and can sprinkle slurry over a semi-circle between 12 and 16 m diameter behind the tanker. Adaptable to even the toughest field conditions, it will be one of your best land application equipment investments ever.

Submersible mixers are also suitable to use in industrial applications and sewage treatment plants due to their first-class construction and design. Optional ATEX models are available for biogas applications.

Thanks to it’s modular design, vertical shaft units can be manufactured with various lengths and functions. EYS vertical shaft products are available as pumps, mixers and a combined product for both functions. Vertical shaft pumps have 7.5 kW to 37 kW drive option while vertical shaft mixers have 5.5 kW to 37 kW drive option.
