“Chuť Moravy” is a new brand of Moravian products from small local producers. They are made from high quality ingredients while using traditional recipes, without added preservatives or artificial substances. And because an integral part of Moravia is wine, our products can also be very well combined with Moravian wines.

A delicacy made according to an original historical recipe from the first Czechoslovak Republic. Young hop shoots are pickled in a delicious sweet and sour brine. They surprise with a fine delicious taste with a subtle bitter touch of hops. Pickled hop shoots make an ideal companion to Moravian smoked meat.

Spruce jelly

Spruce jelly

Spruce Tip Jelly A delicious jelly made from young Spruce shoots. The shoots are macerated for a period of three months in sugar, from which they transform into a thick and aromatic syrup. The resulting jelly can be combined with white wine and other ingredients as a base for the preparation of non-traditional delicacies. Originating from the forest, this fine jelly goes well with wild game, mushrooms, as well as mature cheeses and fish.

St. John’s walnuts

St. John’s walnuts

This “forgotten” Moravian delicacy is made according to an original, 100-year old recipe. Young walnuts are harvested on St. John’s Day and are put into a mixture of syrup and delicious spices. When sliced, these nuts will surprise you with their fine, delicate taste. They can be served on their own or, for example, in combination with fresh cheeses.
